The Silver Package
This includes a one-time service call. Our certified electrical specialists will provide a visual assessment, including an examination of the inverters data, and potential problem codes.

The cost of washing the panels is £95.00.
The Gold Package
We believe in constant maintenance and care, which is why you’ll get the best from this 24 month contract. Our Darlington team of highly trained professionals will be able to assess your solar panel operation, compare to similar systems in the area, and analyse the weather performance.

Platinum Package
Our platinum package includes operation, maintenance and repair for a minimum of a 60-month contract. This contract includes:
- Ensuring that roof fasteners are in working order.
- Inspecting for deterioration, warping or corrosion.
- Inspection for pests, especially birds that may have caused damage.
- BS7671-compliant AC-DC testing to confirm that the system is operating per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Inverter repair and maintenance not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.*
The annual fee is £395 + VAT (£39.50 x 5 = £1975).
